The Escuela de Entrenadores course runs from November 2026 to April 2027
RCD Espanyol are offering the final spots for a new edition of the Escuela de Entrenadores coaches' school; an initiative aimed at coaches working in youth, amateur, and semi-professional football who are looking to further their professional development.
The "Management and Methodology of Youth Development Structures" program offers a look at the club’s working methodology, with guidance from the heads of the Methodology department -a cornerstone of the club’s youth football setup.
The training will take place from November 2026 to April 2027, with in-person sessions held every Friday from 5:45pm to 8:45pm at the RCDE Stadium and the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque. The course consists of 75 hours of instruction, combining both theoretical and practical content.
A training experience linked to the RCDE model
The program offers participants the chance to delve into a recognized working methodology, gain insight into the day-to-day reality of a professional organisation, and expand their development opportunities within the sector.
Key advantages include access to the RCDE methodology, the possibility of pursuing professional opportunities linked to the club’s international projects, and the experience of spending a season as an RCD Espanyol member, with all the associated benefits.
The cost of the training is 995 euros, with a 10% discount for Club members, who can register for 895.50 euros.
