Escuela de Entrenadores coaching course places now available
A 75-hour program will help develop coaches in line with the RCD Espanyol methodology
Football is constantly evolving, making the training and professional development of coaches increasingly important. With the aim of continuing to support the progression of coaches, RCD Espanyol are opening registration for a new edition of the Escuela de Entrenadores (Coaching School).
The ‘Management and Methodology of Youth Development Structures’ program is aimed at coaches working in youth, amateur, and semi-professional football. It offers firsthand insight into the club's working methodology, guided by the heads of the Methodology Department—the driving force behind the academy setup at RCD Espanyol.
The course will take place from November 2026 to April 2027, every Friday from 5:45pm to 8:45pm, at the RCDE Stadium and the Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque. It comprises of 75 hours of instruction, combining theoretical and practical sessions.
Training based on the RCDE methodology
RCD Espanyol boast an extensive track record in player development and a working model recognised across Europe. Through this program, the club aim to share our approach to youth football, offering participants an experience directly linked to the day-to-day operations of a professional structure.
