Unforgettable experience for Stockholm academy
The affiliated school visits Barcelona
One of the most exciting advantages of being part of the RCDE Academy network is the opportunity to experience unique moments with RCD Espanyol.
A perfect example of this is the recent visit made to Barcelona by the RCDE Academy in Stockholm. Founded in 2018, the Swedish Academy trains boys and girls aged from 5 to 16, following the RCDE methodology. Over the years, they have visited on several occasions.
During their last trip, the players had the opportunity to meet Espanyol first team squad, take photos, get autographs, and even enjoy training sessions at the Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque. They also played friendly matches against the Escola de l’Espanyol Dani Jarque and against the RCDE Escola from Sant Cugat. These experiences not only allow players and coaches to feel part of the club, but also give coaching staff the opportunity to assess the level of talent being developed ininternational academies.
These visits are part of the “RCDE Experience” program, designed to strengthen the bond between our international academies and the club, offering unforgettable memories and unique development opportunities.
