Successful La21 season concludes
The youth academy achieved league titles and promotions in 2024/25

This past weekend was the last of the 2024/25 season for La21, rounding off a campaign that saw 7 titles and three promotions for RCD Espanyol teams. Furthermore, at the Festa del Futbol Català, the club were crowned champions of Catalonia in three categories (Under-18s, Under-14s and Under-9s)
The league-winning teams were as follows:
- Under-15s
- Under-14s
- Under-12s
- Under-11s
- Under-10s
- Under-9s
- Under-8s
The three teams that achieved promotion were:
- RCD Espanyol Femenino B (to Segunda RFEF)
- RCD Espanyol Femenino C (to Preferente)
- RCD Espanyol Femenino Under-13s B (to U-13s Primera División)
In addition to these awards for consistency, Espanyol won dozens of tournaments throughout the season. Just this past weekend, La21 teams were crowned champions in five tournaments. Of the many tournaments conquered, the most notable is the one won just a week ago in Villarreal - LaLiga FC Futures - which saw the club able to boast the best youth academy in Spain at Under-12s level.
Next season will begin in July, with the return of Espanyol B to training.
