The Juvenil B player will compete in the UEFA U-17 European Championship in Estonia after joining Spain’s squad

Joaquín Sánchez "Polli" has been called up by the Spain U-17 national team for the UEFA European Under-17 Championship, which will take place from May 25 to June 1 in Estonia.

The RCD Espanyol Juvenil B player joins the squad following the injury withdrawal of Santi del Pino. The blanquiazul winger had already worked with the national team during the preparation camp held in El Albir ahead of the tournament, where he was one of the U-16 players training with the group.

Spain will make their debut on May 25 in Tallinn against hosts Estonia. During the group stage, they will also face Belgium and Croatia as they look to win their fourth European title.
