Brian Oliván has become RCD Espanyol's first summer signing for the 2022-2023 season. The club have reached an agreement with the player, who signs a three-year contract through to 2025.
Oliván became available after the conclusion of his contract with RCD Mallorca, the team for whom he has played for the last two seasons.
Born in 1994 in Barcelona, the 28 year old came up through the ranks at FC Barcelona, going on to join several teams in Europe -Sporting Braga, CSKA de Sofía, Real Valladolid and Granada CF- before arriving at Cádiz CF, where he spent three seasons. From there, he moved to Girona FC, before his spell at RCD Mallorca.
The new RCD Espanyol player, who has already passed his medical examination at the Clinica Corachán in the city, will be presented this Tuesday at the RCDE Stadium in the Juan Segura Palomares Auditorium at 12:30pm.
