A tribute to an 'Indestructble Love'
The club launch a campaign video celebrating 125 years of passion
In the year of the club's 125th anniversary, RCD Espanyol have launched a season ticket campaign that is both a call to arms and a declaraton of love to fans who, for more than a century, have carried the blue and white colours in their hearts.
Under the slogan "Amor Indestructble/Indestructible Love," the campaign looks back on the story of five generations of Espanyol fans who have made the club an inseparable part of their lives. From Francesc, a craftsman with steady hands and a tender heart who found the reflection of his dreams embodied by the club, to the grandchildren and great-grandchildren who today feel that same passon.
The videos accompanying this campaign take us on a journey through modernist Barcelona, into workshops that smelled of wood and freshly brewed coffee, into squares filled with children chasing a ball around, and into stands filled with hope and passion. It's a story that reminds us that Espanyol are not just a club, but rather a common thread that unites grandparents and grandchildren, transcending generations.
This "Indestructible Love" is the true driving force behind RCD Espanyol. To bring this exciting story to life, we enlisted the help of many Pericos, who we deeply thank for sharing their memories and anecdotes with us. Their story has served as inspiration and has been the basis for constructing the narrative we present to all fans.
