1900 Cup a resounding success
The youth tournament attracts a large number of participating teams
The Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque hosted the fourth edition of the 1900 Cup during this Easter week, bringing together more than 200 teams across various age groups.
This year, La21 teams competed in the Under-9s, Under-11s, and Under-14s categories. Additionally, a team from the RCDE Escola Dani Jarque participated in the Under-8s category, as did six RCDE Academy teams.
The La21 teams emerged victorious in both the Under-9s and Under-14s categories. The Under-9s defeated Levante UD on penalties, while the Under-14s triumphed 2-0 in their final against CE Mercantil.
This year's competition brought together 77 clubs, 206 teams, and 2,470 players, representing 16 countries in total. The 1900 Cup has become an increasingly important event on the youth football calendar.
