Our schools

Our schools

The RCD Espanyol Escola project aims to bring the club and the knowledge of youth football closer to those around Spain. Our name is identified with an organisational model based on comprehensive training, professionalism and successful working methods.

The objective is to offer the possibility of improving the skills and abilities of all players, always under the supervision of a coordinator trained by RCD Espanyol de Barcelona.

What is in an external RCDE Escola?

  • Training with RCDE principles

  • Tasks following the club's playing model

  • Tour of the RCDE Stadium

  • Tickets for the RCDE Stadium

  • Training kit

We offer the opportunity to learn about the identity and methodology of RCD Espanyol de Barcelona, with experienced club coaches.

The objective is to offer outfield players and goalkeepers the opportunity to train and grow with the same tools as those at the Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque.

It is a very good way to discover why our training methodology is recognised throughout the world.

  • A minimum of two training sessions per day

  • With RCDE coaches

  • Tour of the RCDE Stadium

  • Ticket to the RCDE Stadium

  • Diploma

  • Training kit

The coaches are graduates of RCD Espanyol de Barcelona's academy system, who design tasks to enhance and develop the abilities of each player.

Following the club's identity, values and playing style, the player will carry out a set of training tasks based on their abilities, using the teaching-learning process of RCD Espanyol de Barcelona's youth football setup:

  • Knowing the player

  • Respecting their virtues

  • Stimulating their abilities

  • Collaborarating with players who help their development

Ratio: One RCD Espanyol coach per 20 players.
