This section is intended for media professionals, providing all necessary information to access events organised by the Club, as well as official contact channels with the RCD Espanyol de Barcelona Communications Department.
Access to media activities is strictly limited to accredited media representatives.
EVENT ACCREDITATIONS AND INTERVIEW REQUESTS
Media professionals covering the first team receive regular updates through the Club’s official channels regarding training schedules, press conferences and activities related to the first team and the Club.
To request event accreditations or interviews, media representatives must complete the following form. Once submitted, the Communications Department will review the request and contact the applicant with details regarding access procedures, schedules and locations.
The Head Coach of RCD Espanyol usually holds a press conference one or two days prior to each official match, depending on the weekly agenda. This information is always communicated in advance.
First team training sessions are generally closed to the media. Only during pre-match sessions will media be allowed to capture images for the first 15 minutes, exclusively for accredited media. Should a session be fully open, this will be communicated in advance through the Club’s official website and channels.
FIRST TEAM OFFICIAL MATCH ACCREDITATIONS
Media outlets (press, television, photographers, digital media and radio) wishing to apply for accreditation for LALIGA matches held at the RCDE Stadium must submit their request directly through LALIGA’s official accreditation email: (acreditaciones@laliga.es).
The Club does not manage LALIGA match accreditations.
Accreditation collection: Accreditations can be collected on matchday at the press access point of the RCDE Stadium (P1 VIP parking area), starting two hours before kick-off.
LA21 AND WOMEN’S FIRST TEAM MATCH ACCREDITATIONS
To attend matches of the Women’s First Team and La21 at the Dani Jarque Training Centre, media representatives must submit an accreditation request via the same form, specifying the match to be covered.
- Liga F: application deadline is Wednesday at 2:00 pm
- La21: application deadline is Thursday at 2:00 pm
Requests submitted after the deadline will not be processed.
Accreditations will be confirmed between 24 and 72 hours prior to the match.
Submitting a request does not guarantee accreditation. The Communications Department will confirm the status of each application.
Accreditation collection: Accreditations can be collected on matchday at the pedestrian access booth to the parking area of the Dani Jarque Training Centre.
