Under-19s win Blue Star Zurich Youth Cup

The young talents take victory in the post-season tournament in Switzerland

After the league season ended, Marc Xalabarder's Under-19s Juvenil A team travelled to Switzerland to compete in the Blue Star Zurich Youth Cup. They emerged the winners of the competition.

The tournament began with a 2-0 victory against Vitoria Guimaraes, with goals from Aarón Soriano and Víctor Mullerat. In the second game, they narrowly defeated GC Zurich 1-0 with a goal from Itzel Colocho. In the third, Los Pericos thrashed Winterthur Zurich 3-0 with goals from Makar, Thomas, and Pol Escribano.

Dinamo Zagreb, another top-tier youth academy in Europe, awaited them in the final. Itzel Colocho and Eloi Tost scored in the dying moments to secure the trophy, with a perfect record and a clean sheet in all four matches.
