Second round of LaLiga Genuine completed
Espanyol reach the halfway point of the competition with 13 points.
RCDE Special competed this weekend in Cádiz in the second phase of LaLiga Genuine, where they played their first two matches of 2026. The results were very positive for the blau-i-blanc side, who recorded two victories against Fuenlabrada and Valencia by 3-0 and 4-0, respectively. With these results, and having reached the halfway point of the competition, RCDE Special currently sit in TOP-3 position in the standings, with 13 points.
The team travelled to Cádiz on Friday afternoon and will return to Barcelona later today, after enjoying, as always, two days filled with inclusive football, shared experiences beyond their usual routine, and reunions with teammates from the other participating clubs.
RCDE Special joins World Cancer Day this 4th of February. Today, the team wore the green armband in the match against Valencia CF as a symbol of support, solidarity, and unity.
The next league fixture will take place at the end of April in Granada. Prior to that, the team will take part in other important sporting commitments, such as the inclusive football tournament ‘Nostra Catalunya’, organised by the Club and set to be held shortly, as is tradition, at the RCDE Stadium.
