REBELS D’ARREL: A clothing collection with origins in the club
RCD Espanyol and GAMBEA present a new urban line
Being a Perico is about more than just cheering on the team. It’s an understanding of football, representing the club, and feeling part of a shared history. From this identity comes REBELS D’ARREL, the new RCD Espanyol de Barcelona collection created in collaboration with GAMBEA.
It’s a streetwear line designed to take our spirit beyond the stadium. The collection combines contemporary designs, high-quality materials, and elements that connect with the symbols, history, and spirit of RCD Espanyol.
We are authentic in who we are, committed to our own, and take pride in what makes us different.
Barcelona, origin and identity
The campaign, created by GAMBEA, was photographed in Plaça de Sant Felip Neri -a location in Barcelona with character, a sense of history, and a distinct identity.
It is a setting that connects with a collection speaking to roots, belonging, and tradition; to the authentic Barcelona we embody and to a club who have always championed their own unique approach to football.
Denominació d’Origen: PERICO
As part of the collection, the DENOMINACIÓ D’ORIGEN: PERICO line celebrates our roots and who we are. It’s an identity that is inherited, shared, and recognised in the streets, the local neighbourhoods, and on the balconies where our shirts are hung out to dry.
T-shirts and hoodies revive elements such as the year 1900, the club crest, the Perico parakeet, and iconic shirts from our history -all reinterpreted through a contemporary, urban aesthetic.
It is a collection for wearing our colours without needing to wear the full team kit. A way to show where we come from and who we are, any day and anywhere.
REBELS D’ARREL will be available starting this Monday at RCDE Stores and the RCDE Store on-line.
