RCDE Escola Dani Jarque evolves with new training model for 2026/27 season
The program is structured around two complementary pathways, called ESCOLA and RENDIMENT, to offer training tailored to the needs of each player
The RCDE Escola Dani Jarque has a revamped project for the 2026/27 season, focused on offering an even more comprehensive and personalised experience to all boys and girls who want to grow with the methodology and values of RCD Espanyol.
The major innovation is the consolidation of two complementary programs that allow the learning process to be adapted to the needs of each player.
The ESCOLA program is designed for those who want to experience being part of a team, with training sessions on Tuesday afternoons and matches on Saturdays, following the La21 methodology.
RENDIMENT is an individual development program held on Tuesday and Sunday afternoons, designed to enhance football growth through training in small groups, with more personalised monitoring and compatibility with activity at players' parent clubs.
Both programs can also be combined for a comprehensive training experience.
The RCDE Escola Dani Jarque maintains the elements that make it unique: The La21 methodology, coaches from RCD Espanyol, the opportunity to train at the Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque, where the club's youth and first teams also train, and training based on the REBELS D'ARREL values, which promote respect, effort, courage, teamwork, leadership, and self-improvement -both on and off the pitch.
The renewal period is now open for players who were part of the Escola last season, and they will have priority in retaining their place.
For new additions to the ESCOLA program, selection trials will be required on July 25th and September 5th. Access to the RENDIMENT program will remain open until all available places are filled, without the need for trials.
Training for the 2026/27 season will begin in September at the Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque, where a new generation of young footballers will have the opportunity to continue developing under RCD Espanyol's distinctive training program.
