RCD Espanyol and Plexus Sport continue to use data for digital evolution
The two entities combine to improve operations and fan engagement
RCD Espanyol and Plexus Sport continue their strategic collaboration with a new project that represents a key step in the club's digital evolution, reinforcing the use of data as a central element in operations and the relationship with fans.
This new impulse is based on the foundation built in recent years, such as the development of the corporate Data Lake and the implementation of Perico ID, the platform that unifies the digital identity of fans and allows a 360º view of fan engagement.
The aim is for information not only to be centralised, but also activated in an agile, integrated and connected way across the different channels and services provided, facilitating its use in the day-to-day life of the club.
Thanks to this, RCD Espanyol will be able to more efficiently integrate digital systems and platforms, ensuring that relevant information is available wherever it is needed. This will optimise internal operations and improve the club's ability to offer more personalised and coherent experiences to fans.
Plexus Sport are the club's technological partner, accompanying RCD Espanyol in this process of continuous evolution and contributing to the construction of a more innovative, connected and data-oriented model.
