Plasma donation at the RCDE Stadium
A blood drive will be held on February 24th
The RCDE Stadium will host a blood plasma drive on Tuesday, February 24th, promoted by the Club in collaboration with the Banc de Sang i Teixits blood bank, with the aim of continuing to foster solidarity and help meet an essential medical need.
It will take place from 9am to 9pm. The campaign aims to maintain the excellent donation levels of previous years, which saw outstanding participation and commitment, setting several records and solidifying the club's position as a leader in this type of initiative.
Anyone who wishes to participate can do so by scheduling an appointment. Furthermore, all participants will be receive a free ticket for the game against Getafe CF, and will have the option to purchase two additional tickets with a 50% discount.
The last campaign held at the RCDE Stadium yielded record-breaking figures. A total of 436 people participated as donors, 176 of whom donated plasma, a milestone that broke the national record for plasma donations in a single-day campaign outside of a healthcare facility. This massive response once again demonstrated the social commitment and solidarity of the Espanyol fans.
