Over 120,000 attend The Champions Burger

The event at the RCDE Stadium brings together large crowds over 10 days

The RCDE Stadium attracted more than 120,000 visitors for The Champions Burger, the largest gourmet burger festival in Europe, held between June 4-14th.

For eleven days, the stadium was transformed into a large space for leisure, gastronomy and entertainment, consolidating itself once again as one of the standout venues in Barcelona for holding large-format events.

This year's edition used the “California Dreaming” concept, recreating the atmosphere of the American west coast with a spectacular staging inspired by California, neon lights, themed stages and food trucks.

Some 19 specialised restaurants competed with their best creations in smash burger format, in addition to the incorporation of The Champions Cheesecake, a gastronomic experience dedicated to some of the most recognised and viral cheesecakes in the country.

Beyond its status as the home of RCD Espanyol, the RCDE Stadium has established itself in recent years as a strategic place for corporate, cultural, sports, gastronomic and entertainment events, thanks to its excellent location, its infrastructure and its ability to offer differential experiences to thousands of attendees.
