The club mourn the loss of a player who made over 100 official appearances

RCD Espanyol de Barcelona mourn the passing of Carmelo Cedrún, who died this Monday at the age of 95

Considered one of the greatest goalkeepers in the history of Athletic Club, he moved to RCD Espanyol for the final stage of his brilliant career, at the end of the 1963/64 season.

For four seasons he represented the club, playing a total of 101 official matches and forming part of the unforgettable 'Delfins' team, one of the most memorable squads in Perico history.
