For the smooth running of it's activities, the Foundation is governed by a board of trustees, and an Executive Committee named by the board. It also incorporates two “Specialised Work” committees, with no decision-making powers.

DELEGATED COMMITTEE
The President, Antoni Fernández Teixidó, the vice-president Jordi Tomás Giner and Emilio Álvarez Pérez-Bedia, and the patrons Lorena Ferrara Cambronero, António Giménez Lagunas, Victor Malet Casajuana, José Luis Masriera Raventós, Ramon Soley Climent, Alberto Fernández Díaz and Emilio Álvarez Pérez-Bedia make up this committee.
