The new crest presents a unique evolution within the crown, compared to the last design of Pere Durán, which consists of four red internal stripes slightly increased to complete the interior.
1995 / 2005
Currently badge maintains the crown, but with a more schematic design of the crown by Pere Duran, and the modification of the legend in Catalan and in golden letters: RCD Espanyol de Barcelona.
1912 / 1998
Since then, and after the royal title was granted, the same designer modified it, adding the royal crown and expanding the outline of the circle to introduce the legend of Real Club Deportivo Español. During the Second Republic the crown and the word Real were deleted, and they were put back after the Civil War.
1910 / 1912
El The second crest designed by Eduard Corrons adopted white and blue colours, in the year spam from 1910 to 1912.
1901 / 1910
Two crests preceded the current one.
The first with the initials of the Spanish Club Soccer corresponds to the years ranging from 1901 to 1910.
