RCDE Academy is our football academy franchise that aims to export the brand and knowledge of the RCD Espanyol of Barcelona at an international level. Our name is identified with an organizational model based on the integral formation, professionalism and success of the working methods of our youth academy.
The objective is to offer the possibility of improving all the skills of the players, always under the supervision of a coach director of RCD Espanyol de Barcelona.
WHAT ABOUT THE RCDE ACADEMY PROJECT?
- Stable: organized by a more than centenary club like RCD Espanyol de Barcelona with a local football partner.
- Open: for children from 4 to 15 years old who would like to improve their football level in a favorable atmosphere.
- Successful: verified methodology based on the individual development of the player according to the game model.
- Integral: training the child as an athlete and as a person. With the application and development of values such as respect, humanity, sportsmanship, education, effort, cooperation and discipline.
- Draft: annually the two best players will participate for a week in the base football of RCD Espanyol in Barcelona.
