The Tunnel Club and renovated President Club make their RCDE Stadium debut
The new hospitality spaces opened their doors during RCD Espanyol vs Levante UD, enhancing the stadium’s VIP experience
The Tunnel Club and renovated President Club welcomed guests for the first time on a matchday at the RCDE Stadium during RCD Espanyol’s opening LALIGA fixture against Levante UD.
Both spaces opened their doors after being presented in July as two of the main additions to the Club’s hospitality offering for the 2026/27 season. This opening matchday brought the project to life and provided companies and guests with an experience combining football, exclusivity, gastronomy and professional relationships.
The new Tunnel Club allowed its first guests to experience the match from one of the most special locations at the RCDE Stadium. Located next to the players’ tunnel, the space comprises private boxes for four and five guests, with seats behind the dugouts, catering service and access to an adjoining VIP lounge.
From this location, guests were able to follow the moments leading up to kick-off and the teams’ return after half-time, getting closer to an area of professional football usually reserved for its protagonists. Its opening launched an immersive concept that combines an excellent view of the pitch with the opportunity to experience the team’s activity from an exceptional location.
The President Club also unveiled its new look following a complete renovation of its facilities. The remodelling of the lounge, the enhanced gastronomic offering and the introduction of new experiences reinforce the exclusive nature of the most institutional space at the RCDE Stadium.
During the opening matchday of the season, companies, executives and guests discovered a renewed environment designed to enjoy football, build relationships and share the matchday experience. This evolution consolidates the President Club as one of the stadium’s main meeting points and strengthens its value proposition for companies and institutional guests.
The opening of the Tunnel Club and the renovated President Club represents another step in RCD Espanyol’s strategy to continue enhancing the matchday experience and expanding its hospitality offering. Both spaces form part of a wider VIP proposition offering different ways to enjoy football with greater comfort, exclusivity and proximity to the action.
Following their opening matchday, all the VIP areas at the RCDE Stadium are preparing for one of the biggest fixtures of the season: RCD Espanyol vs Real Madrid, which will take place on Saturday 22 August at 9.30pm.
