RCD Espanyol recruit Marcos Fernández

The club continue to build the squad for 2025/26

RCD Espanyol have completed the signing of Marcos Fernández on a three-season contract. The player, born in Cambrils in Catalonia, played for Real Betis this past season before becoming a free agent this summer.

The signing continues RCD Espanyol's commitment to signing young local players with room for improvement. Fernández came up through the youth ranks at Gimnàstic de Tarragona, then moved to Real Betis. Last season, playing for the Andalusian club's reserve team, he scored 10 goals in 34 matches.
