RCD Espanyol players called up to represent Catalonia
Two friendly matches will be held in the coming week
RCD Espanyol players Joan Garcia, Pol Lozano, Jofre Carreras, and Edu Expósito have been called up to represent Catalonia, coached by Gerard López, as they face Costa Rica this Wednesday, May 28th at the Estadi Johan Cruyff in Barcelona. José María Calzón will act as team representative, as he has done since 2009.
Four players from the women's team play in another friendly match, against Chile on June 1st at 7:00 p.m., at the same stadium: Júlia Guerra, Arola Aparicio, Judit Pablos, and Cristina Baudet.
