Preseason schedule confirmed

The team report for duty on Monday morning

RCD Espanyol's 2025/26 preseason kicks off on Monday, July 7th. As is customary, on the first two days the players will be divided into different groups and time slots to undergo medical checkups at the Corachan Clinic, then complete various fitness tests at the Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque.

The first training session is scheduled for July 9th in Barcelona, where the team will continue work (with Sunday off) until their departure for the Torremirona Relais Hotel Golf & Spa (Navata). The squad will be based in the town for training from July 16th-23rd.

During their stay at the Torremirona Relais Hotel Golf & Spa, they will play a friendly against Peralada (July 19th, 7:00 PM, Estadi Mpal. Peralada) and upon their return, on July 23rd, they will play the Copa Catalunya final against Girona (8:30 PM, Nova Creu Alta).

On July 26th, they have a friendly against Southampton (11:00 AM, Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque), then on July 30th, they will travel to Germany, where they will play two friendlies against Wolfsburg (July 30th, 7:00 PM, AOK Arena) and Union Berlin (August 2nd, 3:30 PM, Alte Försterei Stadium). They will also hold two training sessions in Germany between the two matches.

After this trip, the team will conclude its preparations with a final friendly against Newcastle United (August 8th, 8:30 PM, St. James' Park).
