Luca Koleosho rejoins RCD Espanyol

The winger returns to the club on a season-long loan

Luca Koleosho is returning to RCD Espanyol. The winger has agreed to rejoin the club on loan from Burnley, where he has played for the last two seasons.

The American-born player, who also has Italian-Canadian origin, was originally part of RCD Espanyol's youth system in 2020. From there, he was promoted to the B team, combining this with appearances for the first team.

He made his senior debut against Granada on the final day of the 2021/22 season and scored his first goal in a 3-3 draw against UD Almería in June 2023.

That same summer, Koleosho was transferred to English side Burnley FC in the Premier League, signing a four-year contract.

Having played for the Clarets in both the Premier League and the Championship, he has now returned to RCD Espanyol on loan until the end of the season.
