Antoniu Roca extends contract through to 2028

The player and the club agree a renewal of his current deal

Antoniu Roca has become the latest RCD Espanyol player to sign a contract extension, which will keep him at the club through to 2028.

The retention of Roca, who joined Espanyol's youth system from CF Damm, is part of a firm commitment by the club to its academy players. The 22-year-old striker from Martorell has followed a planned process with Los Pericos, which saw him alternate between the second team and the first team last season. He made his LaLiga debut on Matchday 1 away at Real Valladolid and, weeks later, played in the Copa del Rey Round of 16 against San Tirso.

This year, registered with the first team, he hopes to continue developing professionally, following the encouraging level of performance he achieved last season.
