1. How to download your digital membership card?
Access it through the Members Area or through the Club APP (download the APP here IOS– Android).
Log in with your Key and PIN, then validate with your ID.
Click on the DIGITAL CARD tab and download it to your wallet.
The digital season ticket will allow you access to the RCDE Stadium.

2. How can I collaborate with RCD Espanyol Femenino?
The women's team does not have its own membership card, but you can help the team with a contribution of 25 euros. To support the women's team it is necessary to be a member of the Club.
If you renew your membership card online, you must tick the box during the renewal process.
If you renew by direct debit or in person at the PAS offices, you can apply by mail or at the PAS offices respectively.

3. Does the club have parking for matchdays?
The club have 500 parking spaces on Floor –2 of the Centro Comercial Splau.
The parking pass is valid for LaLiga and Copa del Rey matches, up to 1.5 hours before the start of the match and up to one hour after its completion.
The places are not numbered, but are indicated, reserved and guarded to allow you to park with total comfort and safety, even in the games with the highest attendances. The area has differentiated access and exits from the rest of the free parking spaces.
If you have your Season Ticket card with direct debit, the renewal of your parking pass will be carried out automatically. If you renew via the website, you must select it during the renewal process.
New parking pass registrations are subject to availability, you must contact abonaments@rcdespanyol.com
To acquire a parking space, it is essential to be a season ticket holder.

4. Can I change the name on a membership card?
It is not possible to change names on the cards.
A deregistration and a new registration must be carried out, it is not possible to transfer the membership number or seniority.

5. Do Under-5s need a season ticket or ticket to enter the stadium?
Children under five years old (inclusive) can access with an adult without the need for a ticket or membership, except VIP Areas and Grada d'Animació. They must carry legal documentation that proves their age, should it be requested at the entrance gate. They do not have an assigned seat, and have to sit on the adult's lap.
From six years old and older they will need either a season ticket or ticket, which can be purchased through the website or at the stadium ticket offices on the day of the match.

6. My card has been lost or stolen. What should I do?
You can make the duplicate in person at the PAS offices or you can send an email to abonaments@rcdespanyol.com.
If you go to the PAS offices we will give you the duplicate instantly, if you do it by email/phone, you can pick it up on match days at the incident ticket offices 11 and 12 from 2 hours before the start of the match.
The cost of the physical duplicate is 10€. Once the duplicate has been made, the previous card will be cancelled.
If you have lost the physical card, and do not want to make a duplicate, we can cancel the previous card so that you can continue to access with the digital card. This procedure has no cost, to request it, you must send an email to abonaments@rcdespanyol.com.

7. Are season tickets transferable?
Adult tickets are transferable without any limitation. Special category tickets (alevín, infantil, joven and pensioners) are transferable only to people who meet the conditions for purchasing these tickets.
Adult category season tickets can be transferred from the Subscription Transfer tab in the Personal Area.
Grada de Animación season tickets and non-Adult category season tickets for reduced mobility areas are not transferable.

8. I have to change my personal details. Where can I do this?
You can consult and change your data from the Data update tab in your personal area. You can access from aquí with your KEY & PIN.

9. I can’t access the personal area because I don’t remember my PIN. How can I consult this?
Indicating your password and date of birth, you can consult it here.
The code appears on the card and never changes.

10. I have a company ID card, can I go to the trips?
Yes, you can go to the matches. To do so, you must send an email to tickets@rcdespanyol.com indicating the membership card and match for which you have purchased a ticket or made the registration, and the full name and ID of the attendee(s).
You must send the information indicated at the time of purchase or registration, if you do not do so, the ticket will appear the name of the company and we do not ensure that they can access.

It can also be renewed by direct debit. Without the need to undertake any procedure and additional discount, by providing your account number we will automatically charge and send the card to your home at no cost. In this case, the renewal is automatic when the campaign starts.

2. What are the payment methods?
- Credit or debit card.
- Financing through CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C. E.P., S.A.U. : Finance available for 3, 6 or 9 months, interest only with an opening quota of 2,5, 3,5 or 4,5%.
- Direct debit. Only available before the start of the renewal period and bank charges. Add your bank account before June 19 via the Virtual Office., in Data update.

3. How can I change, add or delete an account number associated with my renewal?
You can modify or add to it by accessing your personal area of the website and sending the signed SEPA Order to the email address abonaments@rcdespanyol.com

4. I want to finance my renewal. What documents do I need to present?
If it is the first time that you have used finance, you will be asked for both sides of your DNI, your account number and a direct debit number. Depending on the amount to be financed or the personal situation involved, your last payslip may be requested. If you finance through the website, we recommend that you have all the documents digitally available and prepared. If you come to the PAS to renew your season ticket, you must bring all documents along.
If it is not the first time you have used finance, your documents could be requested again. We recommend that you have everything ready before starting the financing process.
If it is the first time you are financing, you need to go to the PAS offices to present the documentation.

5. Can a third party renew on my behalf?
If you want a third party to renew for you electronically, you must provide them with your access codes so that they can carry out the renewal. If they do so in person, you must authorise and provide your original ID or photocopy.

6. Where and when will I receive my card?
If you renew online, during the renewal process you will be able to select whether you want the physical card or only the digital one.If you don't want the physical card, you can get the digital card instantly.
If you renew by direct debit and you are 60 years of age or older, you will automatically receive the physical membership card at the address shown on your membership card. If you are under 60 years of age, you must access your Member's area to request the physical card, which will be sent to the address shown on your membership card.
The application for the physical card is completely free of charge, as is the delivery of the card to your home address.
The deadline for receipt is approximately 10 working days. You will receive your membership card at the address shown in your membership details at the time of renewal. We recommend that, before renewing, you check that the address is correct in your personal area.
If you have renewed or ordered several physical cards, you will receive them separately, the cards are sent individually. Due to the volume of deliveries, it is also possible that they may arrive on different days.

7. The discounts that correspond to me are not being applied. How can I resolve this?
You must send the documentation proving this discount to abonaments@rcdespanyol.com. Once validated, the discount will be applied and you can renew with the corresponding price.
It is necessary to send the documents before renewing. Once renewed, no refund will be made.
Discounts are not cumulative and no discount will exceed 50% of the RRP..

8. I have retired this year. What documentation do I have to present to change category to pensioner?
To make the change from season ticket holder to pensioner, you must send the resolution of the pension of the last year to abonaments@rcdespanyol.com or present it in person at PAS.
It is necessary to send the documents before renewal. Once renewed, no refund will be made. In the case of Members renewing by direct debit, they must send it before 19 June to abonaments@rcdespanyol.com or hand them in in person at the PAS offices

9. Until when can I renew the season ticket with discounts applied?
Until 31 July 2025. After this date, discounts will no longer apply.

10. I have been charged without discounts. What do I have to do?
Contact abonaments@rcdespanyol.com and indicate which discount has not been applied, providing the documentation for the coming season. In the current season, if you have already renewed, it is not possible to cancel the charge.

4. I have recently had a child, how can I register him/her? Do I have any discount for being a member?
Send an email to abonaments@rcdespanyol.com along with the following documents:
- Identity document or birth certificate.
- RGPD signed by one of the parents, downloadable here.
- Registration authorisation for minors, signed by one parent or guardian, downloadable here.
Should the registration made within 90 days of birth, the alevín members card for the season will be free.
If you register in person at the PAS offices, you will also receive a layette and a diploma.
If registration is made following the first 90 days, the price of the card will be 45 euros.

5. Are membership cards per season or annual?
Both the members-season ticket holders card and membership card are valid for one season: July 1st to June 30th.

8. Can I register a season ticket in the name of a company?
Yes, it is possible to register one or more cards in the name of a company.
These may only be in the Adult category.
In order to register, they must provide the company's NIF and the details of a contact person, who must present their DNI.
Discounts

1. How are discounts applied?
Discounts are not cumulative and no discount will exceed 50% of the RRP.
In case of multiple eligibility, unless otherwise requested, the highest value will always apply.
Membership categories depend on the year of birth of the member and not on the current age of the member.

In order to qualify for a discount, you must present documentation prior to renewal. Once renewed, no refund will be made.
In the case of Members renewing by direct debit, they must send it before 19 June to abonaments@rcdespanyol.com or deliver it in person to the PAS offices.

Inscription and changes of seat

1. How can I register for a change of seat?
p>In order to facilitate the renewal, a change of location period will be opened before the renewal campaign.First, you will have to register, either individually or as a group. Once the registration period is over, you will be informed of the date and time you will be able to change your seat via the website. Once your appointment has arrived, you will be able to access telematically and choose new seats, or if there are no seats you wish to change to, you can keep the seats you already had last season. If you register as a group of several Members, you can also choose whether you want to change or keep the seats individually.
It is very important that you are clear that you want this to be your new seat as, once the change has been confirmed, it will be your definitive seat and you will have to renew it during the renewal period. The previous seat will remain free for other Members and CANNOT be recovered.
During the renewal period, no seat changes will be made.

2. Can I modify my initial registration?
Yes, while the registration period is open you can modify the registered group as many times as you wish. Once the registration period is over, you will no longer be able to make changes.

3. What happens if I can’t attend my online appointment to change seat?

4. If it is a group registration, who makes the change of seat?
In this case, the change will be made by the person who registered the entire group -the "leader" of the group. This person will be the only one who will have access to the change of seat, and who will be able to change everyone's seat.

10. Can I switch to the Family Tier through the change of location process?
Yes, you can change to the Family Tier.
Afterwards, we will validate that the conditions are met in order to apply the Family Grandstand rate.
If the conditions are not met, you will have to pay the rate of the Lower Presidential Grandstand area chosen or look for new seats in another area according to availability.
Once the change of seat has been made, whether or not the conditions are met, the previous seats will have been vacated for other Members and cannot be recovered.

3. Does it affect my season ticket or my personal data in any way?
Your season ticket and card do not change. For digital season‑ticket procedures (renewals, seat transfer, buying discounted tickets, etc.) you will continue to use key + PIN + DNI via the Season Ticket Holders’ Virtual Office. Perico ID only applies to general digital access.

4. How can I create my Perico ID?
You can create it at pericoid.rcdespanyol.com or from any of the club’s digital channels. Registration is simple: use your Google or Apple account, or fill in a short form with your details.

5. I was already registered on the website, app or online store—do I need a new account?
Yes. Even if you were already registered on any channel, you’ll need to sign up again with Perico ID. It takes less than a minute. Your order history linked to your email in the online store will remain, and if you had a payment card saved in the app with that same email, it will stay active.

6. What should I do if I forget my password or can’t access my Perico ID account?

3. Use across digital channels

7. Can I access all the club’s digital channels (web, app, OTT, ecommerce, ticketing) with Perico ID?
Yes. Perico ID lets you sign in to all of them with the same username and password, except for the Season Ticket Holders’ Virtual Office, which will continue to work with key + PIN + DNI.

8. Do I need to log in every time or will a single login work across all channels?
After you sign in with Perico ID on a digital channel, your session will remain open on that channel. However, you’ll need to sign in once on each channel.

Yes. You can use Perico ID from your phone, computer or tablet.
