Change of seat

If you have to modify or add a piece of information (address, IBAN, email, telephone, etc) and you have more than ONE membership card, you must access all the Personal Areas of each member and make the same changes.

- When can I change my seat?
  
  If you are a season ticket holder and want to change your seat or if you are a member and want to buy one:
  
  1. Register for an appointment online from 5 to 11 June from the ‘Change of seat registration’ section in your Personal Area.
  
  2. You can do it individually or in a group. The average number of members will determine the order of priority.
  
  3. From 12 to 20 June, appointments will be assigned to make the changes.
- How can I change my seat?
  
  To change your seat, you will need to pre-register via the website, through the Personal Area in the ‘Change of seat registration’ section, from 5 to 11 June, where appointments will be assigned so that you can change your seat.
  
  You can register individually or collectively (up to 6 people) to make an appointment online. Once the registration process is closed, appointments will be allocated in order of seniority of the membership number for individual registrations and, in the case of collective registrations, the average will be made. You will only be able to access online during the 30 minutes after the assigned time to make the change. The dates and times for the change of location will be scheduled between 12 and 20 June.
  
  Outside this period, it will not be possible to change your seat.
