Change of seat

If you have to modify or add a piece of information (address, IBAN, email, telephone, etc) and you have more than ONE membership card, you must access all the Personal Areas of each member and make the same changes.

- When can I change my seat?
  
  If you are a Season Ticket Holder and would like to change your seat:
  
  1. From 8 to 28 June, through the Seat Change Registration section in your Membership Area. You may register individually or as a group (up to 6 people). During this period, requests may also be submitted for the Family Stand and the Supporters’ Stand (waiting list applies in both cases).
  
  2. On 29 June, appointment time slots will be assigned to carry out the changes.
  
  3. From 1 to 8 July, seat changes will take place.
  
  If you are a Member and would like to obtain a seat as a Season Ticket Holder, the key dates are:
  
  1. From 8 to 28 June: Registration for seat allocation.
  
  2. 6 July: Appointment allocation.
  
  3. From 9 to 14 July: Seat allocation.
- How can I change my seat?
  
  To change your seat location, you must pre-register online through your Personal Area, in the “Seat Change Registration” section, from 8 to 28 June. Appointment slots will be assigned so that seat changes can be completed.
  
  You may register individually or as a group (up to 6 people) to obtain an online appointment. Once the registration period has ended, appointment times will be allocated according to membership seniority for individual registrations. For group registrations, the average membership number of the group will be used. You will only be able to access the online seat change process during the 30 minutes following your assigned appointment time.
  
  Seat change appointment dates and times will be assigned on 29 June for Season Ticket Holders and on 6 July for Members.
  
  From 1 to 8 July, seat changes will be carried out for Season Ticket Holders. From 9 to 14 July, seats will be allocated to Members.
  
  Seat changes cannot be made outside this period.
  
  New registrations will be available from 15 July onwards, subject to availability.
